Minoxidil topique 2 % face à Microneedling hebdomadaire + minoxidil topique 2 %

baseline to Week 24. We photographed the same 1 cm2 areas that were the most fixed anterior parietal area (the intersection of the front edge of the two ears and the midline of the top of the head) by FPHL with the contact dome of the camera applied to the head, using dermoscopy (Dermlite 3 gen DL3N, California, USA). Then, we calcu- lated the amount of hair in the area through the dermoscopy picture.

Based on the principle that a reduction in the Sinclair scale of one grade or more was considered clinically effective. The clinical efficacy of the two groups at session 24 is shown in Table 3. The proportion of effective patients in group 2 was 85%, which was sig- nificantly higher than that in group 1 (p < 0.01) (Table 3).

Two patients in group 2 experienced an occasional headache on the day after the first two sessions of MN treatment, but they were tolerated without affecting life. The symptoms disappeared the next day. Ten patients in group 2 experienced hairy symptoms in other parts of the body during the treatment period, such as the forearm, fingers, or around the lips, while three patients in group 1 reported the same symptoms. There were seven patients in group 1 who experienced scalp itching and a transient increase in hair loss
