Fig. 3 presents the favorable response observed in the MG compared to the PG. The percentage of anagen hairs augmented in the MG when compared to the PG with statistical significance (P = 0.048). In the first group, it increased from 69.9%±1.9% before treatment elcitrA detpeccA This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. to 78.5%±2.0% after treatment. In the PG group, this percentage remained practically stable, varying from 71.8%±1.9% before treatment to 72.3%±2.2% after treatment.

Self-assessment detpeccA When asked to evaluate the treatment results, 25% (6/24) of patients from the PG reported a worsening of volume. None of the participants in the MG group reported volume loss (P =0.006). In contrast, 69.2% of from the PG (P = 0.028) perceived an patients from the MG but only 37.5% of patients

similarity in the epidemiological profile of both groups. Biopsy results Values of T:V ratios were analyzed. We observed an increase in the mean T:V ratio in the MG from 2.6 (+ -0.2) to 3.8 (+ -0.5), while in contrast, the PG experienced a decrease in this index from 2.4 (+ -0.2) to 1.7 (+ - 0.2) after treatment. This difference was statistically significant with p <0.001 (Fig. 2 and Table 2).
