En bref

Ajouter un milieu conditionné ADSC concentré au minoxidil 5 % ne fait pas mieux que le minoxidil seul dans le seul essai disponible (Legiawati 2023). En 6 semaines, la part de vrais cheveux passe de 61,33 à 84,65 % et celle du duvet de 38,66 à 15,35 %, mais sans différence significative avec le minoxidil associé à un placebo (569 et), pas plus que pour le nombre de cheveux par cm². L'essai, de fiabilité moyenne, ne porte que sur 37 hommes atteints d'alopécie androgénétique, suivis 6 semaines.
