Milieu conditionné ADSC non concentré + minoxidil 5 %

Un seul essai de solidité moyenne, chez 37 hommes atteints d'alopécie androgénétique, a ajouté un milieu conditionné de cellules souches adipeuses (ADSC, non concentré) au minoxidil 5 % (Legiawati 2023). En 6 semaines, la part de vrais cheveux passe de 57,23 à 81,42 % et celle du duvet de 43,05 à 18,54 %, mais sans différence significative avec le minoxidil seul (16 et) ; le nombre de cheveux par cm² ne diffère pas non plus. L'apport de l'association reste à démontrer.
