PRP préparé par séparateur automatique + placebo topique

En bref

Utilisé avec un simple placebo topique, le PRP préparé par séparateur automatique donne des résultats un peu moins bons que le PRP associé au minoxidil 5 %, sans différence significative (Wei 2023). En 13 semaines, la densité passe de 52,79 à 60,81 cheveux par cm², contre de 56,47 à 69,07, et 73,3 % des hommes (11 sur 15) sont jugés améliorés par leur médecin, contre 93,3 % (14 sur 15) ; 2 patients sur 15 se disent très satisfaits, contre 5 sur 15, sans que cet écart soit testé. Un seul petit essai de fiabilité moyenne, chez 30 hommes atteints d'alopécie androgénétique légère à modérée : des indices à confirmer.
