Dans la pelade limitée de l'adulte, l'association bétaméthasone 0,1 % le matin et latanoprost 0,005 % le soir fait mieux que le minoxidil topique 5 % : la repousse mesurée au score SALT atteint 51,9 % contre 28,8 % en 6 semaines, un écart significatif (Ghassemi 2022). Ce résultat vient d'un seul essai de fiabilité limitée, sur un délai court : un indice, à confirmer.
